 Reflective on Electoral College Papers

Chapter 3: For this assignment we had to share our thoughts on Biting Your Tongue Before Interrupting the customer. Cutting off a customer or getting impatient waiting for a customer to finish is not only impolite, but can damage the customer service.

Chapter 9: This is a quote by Marshall Field we had to reflect on. I passionately agree with Marshall Field that we must get feedback from the customer. We cannot rely on just complaints to improve and learn but approach the customer to ask for feedback to understand how to improve and grow.

Chapter 10: This assignment we had to start a restaurant in our hometown and discuss what it would be like and how we would create value to our customers. I chose a old fashioned atmosphere that would provide customer service and attention from the moment you would walk in the door. This assignment was fun and I enjoyed brainstorming up great idea's.
